Wow. You might want to rethink your attitude before showing up for class...or just not show up at all.

Why? First year pay is a joke. That's exactly the attitude I'd like our new hires to have. They don't owe the company anything. Show up, get some Airbus time, and punch out at the first opportunity. Don't forget to shred the training contract on the way out either because it's not worth the paper it's written on.

If you subtract the training contract amount from first year pay at some of the legacies, you would still earn more than a 1st year FO at F9. That's just a mathematical fact, not spoken out of bitterness or resentment

The best fire has a hot bed of coals. There's no attitude in his/her observation- just numbers. That's exactly what we need in the new hire classes, not people who are happy to fly 230-seat airplanes at a 20+% profit margin for $25k take home pay. Remove the emotion from your responses. Flying for Frontier is a business transaction- nothing more, nothing less.

Wait, new hires aren't provided with a hotel room during training?
