There he is!

At least you bring enough blue juice to make up for the lack of professional insight and perspective you bring to these threads.

Yes go work at a place with no work rules... terrible pay I’m sure. Seems like your cup of tea.

And then James proceeds to answer about every other year besides 2019...again.

Because the irregular class sizes and lack of a statistical trend within each year outside of 2019 is pertinent to painting the picture for why a trend line within 2019 is of little to no use. Since you can’t grasp that, I can’t help you. Good luck.

The trend line within 2019 doesn't look great, but as James illustrated, it might very well turn north in Oct/Nov/Dec.

I don’t really care about the monthly breakdown of hiring as much as the total number for the year. Things happen and who knows why. I just want them growing year over year. To get to another 3500 pilots like they want in the limited time frame they put out will require more consistency in the monthly numbers but who knows. Maybe they will start sending people to Europa for training haha

Who told you they're going to hire an additional 3,500 pilots? That'd require an additional 233 aircraft, where 95 new airframes are on order.

95 airframes at 15 pilots per airframe is 1,425 pilots.

I've been told the training center and chief pilot at recurrent INSIST on the plan to hire 3,000 in the next 5-6 years. For 95 new deliveries....

You can understand my skepticism.
