I had a good laugh about this...I think two years ago it was $100-75 then last year $50 gift card to now during record profits we get a audio book that they chose for us.

What's better to do? Download and then immediately delete the book to presumably cost the company money? (If it costs them per download)

Not download it and the more people that don't means a bigger middle finger to the a$$ clown manager that thought that would be a good gift.

Haha! Before I even opened the e-mail I was "cool, maybe an Amazon gift card or something" like we got for winning the JD Power award. Nope! Slap in the face... This place has become such a joke! I really hope we don't get a JD Award next year!

They probably already paid for the license. Don't take any more of your time downloading it.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they get a kickback for downloading the Audible app.

I don't think we will. We only beat Southwest by 1 point last year and management has done nothing but crap on us since. My give-shat-meter is pegged full empty until this company values me like my peers.

Well I can throw 2 reasons why we probably wont. We don't let customers off the plane freely as employees pick up trash and throw seat belts in front of them and our cleaners take out the trash right in front of them as they get off the plane. It is unprofessional and rude. This place is changing fast and I don't think on time performance adds money to my retirement... I would be surprised if we even hold second place...

Yeah this lav thing is such a stupid idea.
You know I kind of wish we don't win it as well. But if we don't win just think of all the new dumb ideas they will come up with.
