With the new contract soundly in place, are people still regularly leaving JB to other majors? While not perfect, it seems like a very decent first contract that will hopefully improve in the future.
Is it is a landslide comparing JB to SWA overall? (Not taking into account domiciles). TIA.

I wouldn’t say soundly. We’re three months in and many sections have yet to be implemented.

Looks like about 7 left since August 1st.

Considering QOL took a serious hit for many under the new CBA, and A320 upgrades going to 12 years, I would expect people to continue to leave.

Have you updated your applications? Do you need a LOR? Anything I can do to help?

Attrition I believe has been less than forecasted the past couple years. Not sure what the numbers are now with the CBA.

Hawaiian is doing it pretty successfully, so I don't see why not.

POS what would make you happy? Are you going to leave cause it is so bad or are we stuck with you?

It can be done. Maybe a max landing weight restriction (preformance) and parking restrictions, but that's it.
