Doesn't gateway 7 still require either time at a regional or at Cape Air? If you're at Cape Air you'll have been making decisions, and if you've been at a regional you've already dealt with bad-captain-ville.

I’m not sure about that. I did run into one of the decision makers on this program and asked about financing. Was curious because I believe the biggest obstacle for us strictly civilian pilots was money. Said a few folks are on the verge of dropping out for that reason. Cash flow.

Can't seem to find in the contract where the penalty/ reimbursement/ reward is for a late DRO?

True – I’m the occasionally bidder of reserve, been here a few years…only gotten assigned three four day trips in that time…same CA every time!!

No doubt we have some special guys…but I’m not with the other guy calling most of our CAs weak d*cks. But these things are definitely subjective….

For 2 days in a row now... best yet is part of the reason why it was late today “on the job training”.

Wait, I thought the company had a 30 days grace period to “train” people on the changes.

Hard to be a professional when you are dealing with amateurs all the time.
