Spare me your patroniziation. As a former south guy if I were to judge Dave Steven's leadership you, Jerry & co would jump down my throat because I had NO PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with him! Looking in from the outside is waaaay different than being on the inside but you know that too.

Jerry could give a rats butt about Malone. He's only using him for his own twisted logic. If Malone was our current MEC chair Jerry would be posting how great a leader Donatelli was as Strike Chair.
Maybe the subject of Dave Stevens' leadership should come up... oh nevermind... I am sure Carl can twist the entire thing to suit his argument anyway.

Since I have no will power, I keep trying to get permanently banned so I won't waste my life on here, but you guys just wont let it go. Maybe if I figure out a way to unmask a few people without your being able to unpost it.

Ha! I don't know if I could "pontificate" that long!

Can't speak for gzsg, but I would do no such thing. I would assume you had personal knowledge or interaction with Dave. Since we're all ALPA members, I wouldn't consider it impossible as you do.

Again, you don't know what you're talking about. From what I've heard from and about John, he sounds like a smart and driven guy who has pilots best interests at heart. That's a good thing.

Good information? One of the main knocks I had against acl65pilot is that I couldn't recall one single thing he got right with his dot connecting. Not one. Yet many here seemed to be enthralled with the activity and the dissemination of information...even if the information was never actually correct.

Again, I don't know what Jerry knows and I don't know who his contacts are. I used to be more plugged in than I am now, but I'm hearing some of the exact same things from very credible sources. I don't see how that can be described as "throwing crap out there to get a reaction."

Why not bring it up? If you have knowledge or an opinion about Dave's leadership, then state it.

Dave Steven's leadership? You might as well be looking for a unicorn.

Is it really so hard to admit captain Malone is a great communicator and leader?

We don't get 1 ounce of leadership from our MEC chairman. No goals. The saddest part is there is so much good news he could be writing about almost daily.

Why all the silence?

If Mike made just a tiny effort we would not have a unity problem or have to beg pilots to fill out surveys during the best negotiating environment in our collective histories.

The only reason I can think of is RA is the MEC chairman and he wants us to not rock the boat.

Would we have this silence if RA was a pilot and our elected leader? I think we all know the answer to that.

Okay, let's compare:

The left side of the table shows how our strategy stacked up against any other strategy out there. The right side shows what happened when everyone else started to adopt our strategy.

This is the essence of the problem. Do you want a strategy that produces results and money in your pocket or do you want a strategy that produces rhetoric and noise? I know Carl prefers rhetoric, noise, and deception, the majority of the Delta pilots prefer cash. Carl still can't handle the fact that he is in the minority, his ideas have been proven to be failures and his propaganda (as seen in over 10,000 posts) can't carry the day.

It has been posted and quoted numerous times in this forum. Since you are such a great researcher, I am sure you can find it if you want to. I am not going to rehash it other than to say it cost me a lot of money. Rant on if you want, and try to change history, but the facts are a matter of record and indisputable to all but the blind and delusional.
