Frontier/Republic for Idiots... What am I mis

You do realize that LOA 67 does not stop integration right? NMB already ruled. And unless BB sells off 51% of F9 by june 28th we still become one big happy family. Once again FAPA/RPC shortsightedness and inability to work with "regional pukes" will bite them in the ass.

what happens if FAPA votes for the concessions and then no longer exists a week later? does that mean IBT now owns part of Frontier? That could actually do some good.
95% of the RAH pilot group was hired before this whole mess started. The same 95% could give two ****s about the existence of Frontier and Midwest. I am willing to bet 75% of the pilot group had never heard of the two airlines untill our managment signed contracts to fly for them. If any F9 guy thinks that a single RAH pilot had a lifetime goal of flying for a glorified regional airline like frontier they need to see a shrink to work on their narcissistic personality dissorder. We came to this airline who in 2003 when our contract was signed was a decent place to work for. It is still an average regional in regards to pay and work rules. We came here to get our time and get out to go to a real airline that people all over the country have actually heard of and maybe even flown on once or twice.

Killer, as far as you should be concerned, you're working for the best airline in the world right now! Good luck in getting on with a real airline someday...

These jabs at a "REAL" airline are so Sophmoric it is unbelievable.
Is Allegiant/Spirit a real airline in your definition? What constitutes a real airline according to Killer?

I personally believe that I would have been one of the FO's who did not get job protection, so depsite what a SW pilot tells you about how a Junior F9 FO feels, I am here to tell you that I am still - with all of this going on - happy with the outcome. The 2% over there who can't let it go, just can't handle how the ugly girl at the dance didn't want to tango with the quarterback. Hope that helps.
A better analogy is that the ugly girl turned down the QB and slept with the school junkie and ended up getting herpes. Now you're on Valtrex and posting on here saying how great herpes is.

even knowing what you know now, on the verge of bankruptcy again and concessions, you're still glad you chose RAH? That sounds insane.

Blaming the RAH guys for taking the Midwest flying is like saying Ford Motor Company employees stole all the blacksmith jobs.
The Midwest death spiral started years before. RAH management just through some gasoline on the wreckage on what was once a great airline, and walk away with some of the parts left behind. The airline was DOA before BB ever showed up, in was just on life support. All the RAH pilots did was show up for work as they were contractually bound to do. As did the Midwest pilots. Neither illegally struck and neither had a mass exodus to avoid the wreckage.
Honestly -- what does the Midwest pilot group think the RAH pilot group should have done. Performed an illegal strike, quit their job, walked off the line without notice? The Midwest pilots had exactly the same options and they showed up for work every day until the there was no more assigned flying, as they were contractually bound to do. However, now they blame the RAH pilots for doing the same thing they did. Unfortunately for both groups, it appears the RAH folks will likely face the same fate in the near future.
I truly believe the RAH death spiral has started. My prediction is that BB and company will be gone in less than three years, with furloughs starting by no later than January 2012. RAH FO's are bailing at the rate of 2% per month. If this holds, 25% will be gone in a year. Most of them will not see a raise until the IBT gets a new contract signed and they are not willing to wait around to see if and when that will happen. No company can survive long term with such a disenchanted employee group, with so little hope.
