Well, that tells you, that we know as much as you do. Simply stated, company is lying to us every day. I think, they have no f... idea what to do with current overstuffing, and trying to prevent disaster next year, when UA, and DAL will start hiring. Something is up, depends who you talk to you get different info. I have few friends in the pool, waiting, and trying to get some intel on the situation from management and friends in OSC, all I get is different answers; however, most of those answers are: we currently properly stuffed till next summer. The planned class for Sep., Oct., was only for 12-15, there are 150 in the pool.

We are overstuffed on A320 by 14, understaffed for E190 by 12, total overstuffed for FO by 2.
There are 12 E190 open CA upgrades, overstuffed for CA on A320 by 2, total CA required 10,
From the overstuffed and upgrade situation total new pilots slots 8; however, there some that are returning from MLA, etc.

Whoops, I stand corrected. It turns out that they do have a pressing need for one type of employee in particular. Lav service personnel, since so many people here seem to be absolutely full of **it.
