For what it is worth, The latest from DAL is that if this TA passes (I think it will) then POSSIBLE hiring 4th quarter this year.

I actually laughed at those emails. We are already in the red for Reserve coverage for the first week of July. But then again, I've heard that CrewScheduling sets a high buffer for maximum flexibility.
