I thought the junior 190CA went into the 1700's last bid? That being said there are many FO's that do not take the first chance to upgrade. If you go in that junior you'll be sucking it up for a long while in a junior base living the RSV life. For some that works, for others (like me) I wouldn't touch BOS or JFK again unless I was forced.

Thanks. Which begs the question of is JFK or BOS better? I heard a while back there weren't many crash pads in BOS, but that might have changes by now. From the few I could find, it looks like crash pad costs are about the same between the two, so I guess it just boils down to where you'd get off reserve faster. Any clue which one that might be?

There seem to be several available options for crashpads in BOS.

There are quite a few crash pads in BOS now. Earlier this year there seemed to be a shortage but I see lots of advertisements for them now.
