Same here..never even got a letter. In the middle of IOE I got an email saying that my employment status has changed to full time or something along those lines.

Calling first, then followed up with an e-mail stating it's a "conditional" offer based on the background refresh. Sounds like everyone then got a Fed Ex with the contract and other paperwork to be completed by class start date.
