Once you move out of your parents house, pay your own mortgage, add a wife, a few kids, you know what I am saying right? Living the typical American dream. I bet once you have a few responsibities beyond Xbox and craft beer tasting and cleaning your room at the rents house, you might start thinking a little differently about our level of compensation you are getting here. Add in The fact of how fast a decade goes by and you realize that your 9% company contribution and a few market fluctuations are not getting you to that magic number you invisioned.
Every day that goes by without a contract is another day of lost additional compensation.

pay will increase. once allegiant passes their TA, Spirit will be forced to increase pay, as well as Frontier. Otherwise they will lose pilots and fail to attract more. With the growth Spirit wants (and frontier), they need pilots, and the next 3-5 years will be crazy hiring at Legacies.

It's like a scab saying don't cross the picket line.
Go somewhere else like United that pays 40% more and settle for less than mediocrity?
WUT?

Take pride in your profession and fight to raise the bar? Dude, you've already undercut your profession by accepting employment at a place that pays 40% below prevailing wages.

Let's focus on the issue at hand and quit fighting amongst ourselves. Once Allegiant votes their TA in, we'll be the lowest paid pilots in the industry, bar Frontier. And they haven't had ALPA behind them until very recently.
