November schedules are out and looks pretty good. Got a great schedule.

They're just trying to see how many CAs they can get out of CLT voluntarily before they displace them. They're looking for takers so they don't have to pay for moving expenses, etc..
We are not fat on Captains on the CRJ at all. I would bet money they simply looked at the CLT CAs current bids and someone said "oh wow those 7 guys will go to PHX and those guys will go to DFW!!! Let's see if they go voluntarily and push back this displacement another month!!!"
Same old Mesa tactics--and I don't blame them at all for it--they're just trying to save themselves as much money as possible.

Guys, is there any recourse? Do they do mis-awards for PBS? Everyone else is talking about the sweet schedules they got.

They will look at your bid and tell you exactly what you did wrong.
Unfortunately, I'm 110% sure it was set-up wrong on your part and not a mis-award.
I swore I had mine set correctly when I first got here, low and behold it was something I had set wrong in PBS.
You new guys should go to the PBS help sessions hosted by the union if they are still having those. Makes a huge difference.

I'll do that, thanks prior. Is there a way to go back and check the PBS bid for errors? Pilot Lounge just tells me bidding is closed.

Also, I'm not sure what you all mean by "November schedules are out" .. They're not in flica yet so what are you looking at?
