So you spend years in the military, yet you come to Mesa and immediately start *****ing about hotels, and crew trackers that are mean to you? God, you must have been intolerable in the service.
Welcome to the airlines. Ive worked at another regional before Mesa and, everybody complained about the same things you're complaining about. All crew trackers are *******s, and none of the hotels will ever be good enough.
Get over it. It'll be marginally better elsewhere.
Trust me.

Luckily, my life experiences including my time in the military gave me insights and perspectives that all your daddy's money won't buy you. Unfortunately I was suckered into coming to Mesa with the "get in, upgrade, get out" mantra. What a scam and people continue to fall for it every day. You included....why else would you make a lateral move TO Mesa???? Are you serious????
I was fooled once....it won't happen again.

That's right, rich kid. Some of us had to serve our country first to be able to afford things like...you know...college and flight training. I wish I could have spent daddy's money like you and just hung out by the pool when I was 19 while flying a Cessna wearing Aviator shades.

Yup, I'm reasonably happy. I live 20 minutes from the plane, I'm at home 20+ nights of the week, and I had a better QOL than I ever did at my last place. Yeah the pay blows, but I knew that and got a side job, because unlike you I can do, ya know, math. But I can also read tea leaves and know that somethings gotta give eventually or this place is gonna Great Lakes.
Nobody likes a complainer.
(P.S.) I'm in debt up to my eyeballs.
PSS I've never seen a veteran with such a lack of maturity or such a huge sense of entitlement.

I didn't have to serve my country to afford all you listed. Also wasn't a trustfund baby, just worked hard like many others here. If you're so unhappy, why are you still here? No one like a complainer.

I think everyone wishes youd complain with your feet a little more instead of getting up to your eyes in debt and just accepting that you are paid poorly. Plenty of better paying regionals are hiring.

I have my doubts that you are really a veteran. But I don't know you. Maybe you've had a really hard life. So I am trying my best not to judge. But I have never talked to or read posts by a veteran who sounds like you do. If you have served before, please stop embarrassing other service members by your animosity and complaining here. I know MANY vets in the airlines, and they are able to deal with "the Suck" pretty well. You come across more as a troll posing as a vet. If you are for real, I recommend toning it down a bit. Frustration at a regional airline is more the norm than the exception, from my outside experience.
Also, some of your complaints don't mirror what the majority here speak about. Pay and hotels aside, Mesa seems to be a pretty good place to work. The people seem to be great.

"Too bad I didn't have Uncle Sam's money (which, by the way, is actually my tax dollars) to use for flying!" - See how stupid that sounds? That would be asinine to say to you, just like your comment.
I bet it will.

Actually bud, you should do some homework on other airlines. I have many friends/contacts at other airlines from regionals up to legacies and NONE of them have to go through what we do at Mesa. Republic gives us a run for the money....I will admit. But there is a line, however low which Mesa has managed to dive beneath.
You are too drunk on kool-aid to realize any of this. And yes, I probably should have researched Mesa a little further before jumping on the bandwagon. Hence why I hope others won't make the same mistake and be led astray by you and brand spanking new hires like strata-whatever who don't know the first thing about what we are talking about.
