Exactly. But if you only have 200 pilots worth of block hours, purely for example, it seems silly to hire 400 pilots to cover that amount of flying. That's all I was saying.

Attrition combined with increased spring and summer flying means our recruiting department will need to keep the pedal down. ATL, that's interesting, but the Delta 200 rumor has been around a year and most people don't see it happening. I don't think we could properly staff much more than our current Ejet commitment, anyhow.

Yeah i agree!! I'm thinking they are just trying to grab local atlanta pilots before they go to expressjet. That's just my guess.

New seniority list out. Lots off the top half. One is going to SWA. Don't know about others. The bottom from last month's (1248) is still at the bottom but moved up 18 spots (1230). I'm in the top 2/3 and moved up 12 spots fwiw.

If you don't factor in training time. Those 250 below you are not 250 pilots online. Keep in mind if your upgrading due to growth you need 2 fo's for every one captain upgraded.

That's unfortunate for you. My experiences with her were entirely the opposite. I saw her as an incredibly competent professional who was a pleasure to fly with. Anyways, can only wish her the best wherever our fellow LAMA has landed. Hopefully she's closer to Vegas.

Honestly, good for you. I would definitely have rather had the same experience you have had than the one I got.
