Search around. I park in the CLE employee lot for $30/month. It took a while to track down the folks who run it but was well worth it.

Can anyone share actual first-year FO pay? Is the APC pay scale to be believed (not clearing 6-figures for ten years on the 7/7)?

I will keep this a simple as possible so you can get a ballpark idea of what you might see in your paycheck. A new hire will spend at least 2 months (some spend 3 months) on the CC72, this is the rate you are paid during indoc, initial sim and IOE. I personally add 10% of my base pay to account for overtime/holiday and after midnight pay. (Some will argue it is more, others less) As far as the new IBI productivity pay, to add any of that is a guess because you have no way to predict how much you will fly. When it comes to the value of the medical/dental/vision insurance. I tell people to take what they are paying for that at their current job and add it to what they could be making at NetJets. It may be $0 for one person, it may be $500 for another. This will allow you to compare what you are making at your current job to what you could make at NetJets. I hope this helps.

Hey guys how hard is it to get hired these days? I’m a 121 capt been in the regionals for 12 years can’t get out. Update my apps for the majors never made over 100,000. Been furloughed bankrupt chasing this dream ready for a change. Over 6000 total and 2000 jet pic. No failed checkride orals training nothing. My black Mark is I don’t have a degree.

Go get a degree and then you'll get the call. Im guessing you already know that though. Thats a much better option than going and sitting right seat in Phenom for 10 years.

Go to frontier or Spirit or something. Don’t go to NetJets for financial gain, that’s like going to McDonalds for a gourmet meal...
