I don’t even work at NJ anymore…
And no thanks I don’t need a d^*k measuring contest with you. I was giving some facts. And I asked the FJ guy why he left. His answer “I was tired of the whipsaw with no protections”
I’m glad FJ works for you but it doesn’t work for others. Just glad to see everyone finally earning a decent wage.

flex if the airlines are where you want to be. Quicker upgrade for TPIC at flex.

You apply everywhere, and you keep going when you get job offers until you get to the place you ultimately want to go. I would rather be at NJA than Flex, but I would rather be at an airline than NJA. Makes perfect sense to take the job at NJA when they offer instead of waiting at Flex for something that may or may not happen. Thats just how it goes.

NetJets has had to reduce their minimums to ATP-Restricted eligible (1000 hours and only require 50 multi). They still require the ATP-CTP before you show but I wouldn't be surprised they drop that too. FlexJet still is able to hire pilots at 1500 hours.

To add, it sounds like NJA isn't filling classes either...

My 2.5 years at OO made me not want to upgrade there and be a CA on reserve without actual representation which ultimately made my choice easy...
