FlyExclusive

Generally I would say yes. ATP is required at most companies.... before covid when the airlines were hurting most of them paid for it but for now those days are over. Smaller companies like FlyEx are not in the position to pay for the ATP/CTP and currently the resume pool is deep. Good luck and go get your ATP.

Upgrades are currently running 6 to 18 months. Because we are an Argus Platinum operator, between 100 and 250 PIC in type is required for upgrade depending on the PIC time of the other crewmembers. Total time, jet time, ability, attitude, maturity, performance reviews, and company needs would all be considering factors. Pilots are currently flying 40 or more hours a month.
Switching fleets is based on company need, merit, previous experience in type (minor factor) and desire. Individual results may vary; but many pilots who have grown with our company (four years or more) are on their third type at flyExclusive.

Why are mins higher for the Encore vs the CJ? Don’t they both fall into the same light jet category?

Because primary mission of our Encore fleet is supplemental lift for Uniform Papa; our pilots on that fleet have to meet their minimums.
Also as a side note: the "CJ" CE-525 type is a single pilot light jet that we have two pilot op specs for.
Lastly, looking like over thirty to be hired for March Classes.

Really, thank you for the info. Apparently our sales people is not informed about the current requirements traveling to the Caribbean. It is becoming quite tiring every time we fly over there to get tested. Would you mind to share were did you find this information, maybe some kind of waiver ?
