Commuting is possible, you値l have CASS and KCM. New hires pick a preferred base, if there痴 an opening, you値l get it, otherwise they値l give you options. FO opportunities are scarce. If you meet part 135 captain minimums, you値l be hired tomorrow.

I would add that even though commuting is possible, you'll still need some sort of crash pad in base.

I can稚 opine on SIC bases because we may be somewhat over-staffed on FO痴 at the present time

You can email your last point of contact with this question. Probably your technical interviewer. In my experience, if/when they want you, they'll call you. If you are an FO applicant, be aware there are far more apps than slots. So you may have to wait a bit for a class. If for a CA slot, you won't have to wait long. When I was there, classes were run once a month. Usually beginning the first Monday of each month.

Hiring at Boutique
What is going on inside Boutique? I hear they want to hire high time FOs, but my captain buddies inside Boutique can't figure out who is in charge of interviewing and hiring. One of their interviewers told me to provide dates and times I could interview, and I then never got contacted. I'm almost at Street Captain quals.
