Military logbook help
Couple clarification questions regarding logbooks and flight time for applications. (1). Do military pilots need to report dual-received time during flight training? If so, I assume it would stop once I received my aircraft commander qualification, even while continuing training in the FRS? (2). I've seen conflicting information about PIC time during military flight training. Can we log PIC time during Solo flights during flight training. I have plenty of PIC time regardless, but trying to be as accurate as possible. Thanks in advance.

My COA wrt logged hours
Jabfly-What I understand is to try to be the most accurate.... so this is what I did:
1. I logged all dual SUPT time as dual, T-37 & T-1. I had one team sortie and I counted that and T-37 solo time as PIC. I did not log jump seat time at all.
2. I logged my IBF (intro to bomber fundamentals) time as SIC ~ 20 hrs. I was winged by then.
3. In my mws I logged copilot time as sic and A/C, IP, and EP time as PIC.
I might be wrong but I think that I meet the intent of the data that they are trying to capture. Thoughts?

For prior 121, the interview is typically about the same. We do offer Skype interviews for those that would like one, and qualify. If you have any questions about this, send me a PM on here. I can pull your application and see if you qualify and talk to you about it.
Since I am one of the people that will be interviewing you, I can't really tell you about the interview and what we ask. That wouldn't be fair. But there are some good gouge sites that are pretty accurate. AviationInterviews has some good info, but there are others.
The idea of an interview is to get to know you, and to see if you are prepared to start class with us. We talk about weather, approaches/SID's/STAR's, and other things that you should do every day if you are a current 121 pilot. We may ask about some FAR's, maybe a little about your current airplane, or some "tell me about a time".
The longest part of the interview day is us telling you about PSA, explaining the benefits, and going over our scheduling. That usually takes over 90 minutes. We encourage questions. We normally pull up our own schedules, show you FLICA, and anything else that you want to see. There is also a pilot with you all day, even when you are in the "holding" area and waiting for your interviews. This way, you can ask any questions that come up.

This sounds fine.
We are looking at an overall experience level, and to ensure that you meet the hour requirements for ATP. We understand that the military world and civilian world do things very differently. I have gotten very good at digging through military logbooks and making sense of them.
I can't remember the number of the form that most military pilots include, but it breaks down the flight time by aircraft. That is typically very helpful. If you have military and civilian in separate logbooks, make sure that they are totaled somewhere so we can see what you have for total hours in each category (night, instrument, XC, PIC, etc...). We really don't have time to add all of these between 2 different logbooks during the document review at the interview. We have a dozen or more pilots logbooks to go through, and it takes quite a bit of time.

They are typically all very small charges.
