No one knows..... No one on here for certain knows. There are three men who were pilots at PSA that sat in on these conversations and none of them are posting here or telling details. They signed a non disclosure agreement much like the AE NC did when they met. Therefore they are not allowed to speak and have not unlike others.
You guys are lucky.

As meyers stated, no one, save the 3 NC members really know what is in the TA. That being said I can't see it having any reductions in current wages. People around here, specifically the mid seniority captains were not very pleased with the rates in our current contract. I would have a hard time voting yes to any DECREASE in pay. I think it would be more along the lines of flying bigger aircraft for current rates.
As crappy and concessionary as that sounds a real, true, enforceable flow with solid language would bring a new dynamic to the situation for sure.
On a separate note, The NC was pretty steadfast in their strategy that signing something slightly less than an industry leading contract would open us up for the opportunity to grow, and for us to have better career expectations. They took a lot of flak during the roadshows for that. If this thing actually works out it would prove them right all along. Good for them.

I dont..... Why raise the cost by bringing over topped out PDT CA's? The thing with PSA is the cost effectiveness due to the longevity of most pilots not exceeding 6-8 years on average..... Why bring over 150 guys who are all well over 15+ years and murder your cost per block hour cost? If staffing ever became an issue maybe, but when you start to guarantee lines and pretty quick upgrades I think the pilots would come running. I.e. GOJETS for crying out loud..... I hate to say it that away but its a continued cycle of pilots chasing a quick upgrade...... I dont see why there should not be push to get PDT Q400's but I would think that would be more likely to occur before a merger......
