So Eagle is offered a flow but PSA isn't? What a slap in the face, if that's true. Can't wait to read this thing.

Before u get excited as an fo about quick upgrade think about that. I bet we couldn't get that many pilots but wait Piedmont has right around the same amount of pilots so a merger would take care of that. Now you're stuck at 4 yr pay and you didn't move.

Can't wait to see what is really in the TA cause that is a turd.
Yeah and isnt Piedmonts top end a lot heavier than PSA's??

I know air whiskey and PSA are very similar seniority wise but I thought PDT wasnt.

Eagle had a flow well before USAir came to the door knocking for concessions.

They just dangled a carrot for 25% more flows = 5 more per class. WOW!!!!!!! All that for a BScale and 60 "large" rjs???

But.... Novel idea to especially you eagle trolls here... If its better than you're deal, shut the **** up and let us consider it and actually think on what's been presented.

None of you aside from the delegated members were in the negotiating room. I'm going to wait and see before I pre-burn my own airline for some dumb reason.

YEAH! LETS STOP THE WHIPSAW!

.... Where it applies, dummies. If we get a better deal then you all it ain't our fault. If we get a crappy deal I hope our pilot group has enough common sense and balls.

And before you burn this post, remember, we don't yet know what's coming. Period. Even if you do sleep with a negotiator... I don't believe you.
Our MEC voted down even though it seemed "better" than the turd that you guys are going to get.

Will you voted down? I think you lack the stones to do so.
If you think you will be flying those jets with pay raises, you are dreaming.

Really man? I like to troll you on Eagle topics because you are painfully predictable and you used to be one of us.

Now you are just flaming other pilot groups, insulting them when you have NO CLUE what you are talking about. Troll Eagle all you want but leave other groups alone - you are just giving Eagle an even worse name than it has now.

I think this will pass. The top 100 pilots at PSA always fall for the same old tricks. i.e.: either vote yes or die.
They have little to lose if passed. Their pay will be frozen at whatever year they are at. Most likely 18. If pay freezes at year 12 then they will be grandfathered into and lose nothing.
Those with 10-14 years at PSA have a lot to lose if pay gets frozen. Also hear that f/o's may have pay frozen at year 4. To me regional f/o's are totally underpaid and to cap them off at year 4 is horrible. But they may vote yes for this because of a quick upgrade.
Kind of short sighted because once the growth stops, or we lose the 200's then we will be back in the same position we are in today. I would hate to be a 8 year f/o on 4th year pay flying for reduced 900 rates.
Also a preferential interview is next to useless. This isn't a carrot, it's worthless.

We also hear that we are going to get 30-40 airplanes. Well 40 airplanes is 320 pilots to hire. And we will have 5 a month go to airways. Our CP say he wants to hire 25/month. Just not sure where they are going to come from. Expecially if the f/o pay caps out at year 4.

Of course the Union has not released details of this TA. We can only guess what is in the deal.

You sir are well informed, and sound very rational. That's refreshing to see. Do your part to educate others out on the line as many of us are trying to do. Most importantly, VOTE NO!
