A "zero" sim is actually quite common. I've been through two airline training programs and a FlightSafety course. All had a non-motion first sim session. Has nothing to do with the aptitude of the student. SMH...

I think it's very helpful to help get back in the swing of things after being away from training for a few weeks, especially for people who aren't already typed on the plane.

just got this from ALPA...
PSA To Hire Up To 1,500 New Employees
The Dayton (OH) Business Journal (1/28, Navera, Subscription Publication) reports that PSA Airlines could hire “1,000 to 1,500 people across its entire footprint” according to President Dion Flannery. About “half of the hires” will be pilots, “a quarter” will be flight attendants, and the last “quarter” will be ground crew and support staff. Flannery is expecting continued growth as PSA is scheduled to take in more aircraft through 2016.

so 500-750 pilots in the next year or so.

Default Big Announcement Coming

Rumor has it that there's a big announcement coming in the first week of February, that will positively effect both PSA and Envoy. The Dayton Business Journal article only serves to support the rumor.

Throughout the years airlines continuously change their training curriculum, adding and removing events. Before you got to PSA I'm sure there are a few things they added/removed from the training syllabus. Does that mean that you and your class mate's quality is in question?

What you said is detected from reality, and it is clear you are only trying to instigate.

Hope you get help

Its probably more 900s coming and the 700s will stay at Envoy a little longer until all of the new 900s arrive.

Positively as in good, or with certainty?
