I actually believe this to be true .They
know it has to change to a flow to
attract new applicants which is why we
shouldn't give them a damn thing.

What massive pay cut? 12 year CA pay is almost equal to what our old 18 year CA pay was with the old pay scale? Why is it that all of the trolls on here only know how to spew rhetoric and not facts? Try again buddy.

Once a line holder, it would hopefully be easier to bid late shows and not have to get to the airport quite as early. Idk..

I can't believe there are still some clueless new hires out there who still want to go to that dead-end, bottom feeding company. Literally the only reason I can see is if you live in base or already have a job offer that is strictly contingent on getting that 1000 TPIC.

Ok. I was just looking at the flights I had to choose from. And to comply with the 2 flight deal for the commuter policy, I'd have to catch the 6:xx flight out. With a 2hr drive to get to the airport, I may have to come up before hand as bad as I hate to. Maybe I should stick to driving to TYS until I can hold a line in CLT, because I think the actual "travel time" is going to be about the same.

The rest of the industry expects you to go to another airline were you will make exactly the same amount and be forced to live in an airport for 3+ years. If your not jaded then you didn't do it right.
