12 and 4. Cmon man. Just because you went for the upgrade express and didn't experience it before doesn't mean it didn't exist.

Exactly, Envoy slut shamed them so much now there ready to fall on the sword, or at least let the FO's.

In a way it's actually continuing to drive the industry further into a hole, which is what they are good at. Instead of a chance to have major gains for FOs. Their selfish ways won out and LET'S KEEP THE BAR LOW is really their mantra it seems.

You mean the 12 and 4 that actually has higher pay than the previous pay scale? That one? I asked you to cite specifically. Please show the old pay scale compared to the 12/4. You're still just spewing talking points.

I'm currently an FO here. I stand with the decision today by Travis Ricks. As hard as it as to not see the $10k ($ 7K after taxes) in my account. I will note to other FO's that the last of the FO's hired in 2015 was in May/June 2015. As the company stopped hiring Fo's then. We will all be getting off first year pay very soon. I realize second year pay isn't great but its better than first year.
I don't see AA making the offer any better than Envoy's even if we begin to decline. All we want is a contract like everyone else, doesn't need to be industry leading just comparable. My only hope is that this ship begins to sink fast, and there's a mass exodus from here with FO's, as most guys hired in the peak hiring begin to reach the 1K hours move onto other DEC entry spots (TSA/Go Jet) due to our upgrade times not going as planned. I do fear a merger could be an option, something that wouldn't benefit us here and I would probably leave for other pastures. Remember most FO's here have 1-1.5 years invested. That's overall not a long time to be invested at a regional. In the meantime I'll keep supplementing my daily meals with first class snacks, not working any open time until its paid at 200% etc. etc.

That's a possibility, but I would say a pretty remote remote possibility. AAG wants prosperous wholly owned airlines to provide them feed and a supply of pilots. The could Comair us, but then what? They will still need to grow another regional to take the place of PSA, a regional they won't be able to staff with a PSA type contract, so they're right back where they started.
I rest easy with the knowledge that if they downsize us I will get a new job before Dion does. Theres a lot more opportunities for an experienced 121 pilot that there are for the CEO of failed airline owned by AAG.

Whenever the fight was at their door all they did was practice how fast they could touch their toes. Now that it's over they're full of all kind of **** and vinegar, especially in battles where they stand to lose nothing. I just shouldn't expect more from a bunch of spoiled fatboys with rich parents.

Just because you had a blended rate set and your rate went up....because of the 12 and 4 doesn't mean it wasn't a concession. You accepted the 12 and 4 for bigger planes and then the ratio changed. 12 and 4 is a concession no two ways about it

He's just playing dumb, before 12/4 they had year 18, year 12 is not higher nor will be than year 18 was. He'll come back with the flow yada yada. They also took an ins. hit and perdeim. More importantly, he knows and you do too that it was fundamental base line attack to put the squeeze on Envoy.
