They appear to have added a lot more round 1 lines in CLT and have about 20 fewer round 2 lines. This means less people on reserve and a higher chance of the highly sought after critical pay. I'm at the bottom of the list here in CLT and things here aren't all doom and gloom. I've enjoyed flying with every captain so far and I haven't been promised anything I'm not getting. The pay/ contract will continue to improve if they want to keep PSA staffed but as of now, I'm logging lots of time on reserve and getting paid like I expected to get paid being a first year FO. Keep your chins up guys, things will continue to get better!
If you can keep that attitude your entire career you will be surprised where it will take you. Kudos, my friend, but beware, that kind of optimism has no place here on APC, lol.

I only saw maybe 3 round 2 lines with reserve days built in to them.

Great attitudes are amazing and I have one as well. Facts are hard to beat. Seniority list dropped by 19 from March to April. The company does not even have SYS posted for April but look at FO elegibility and you can find most junior FO is 1170. My prediction is FOs will start leaving in April and May as they have to interview and get a job offer. I do wish you the best of luck!

You can look at the PFP list to see your seniority

With a plan for 115 aircraft on property by the end of year we are properly staffed currently, but if management doesn't do something to quickly improve PSA's pay/bases/career projections we will not be able to compete with other regionals to attract or retain our FO's needed to compensate for attrition.

Critical pay could quickly turn compensation around to industry average or better for those willing to work harder for it, yet our reserve grid is continuously being manipulated by management to prevent critical pay in a direct and blantant disregard for our contract. Contract compliance was something you were "promosed and not getting."

Pay, contract, and quality of life will only improve if we make them. Management has no desire to give a single cent over the absolute minimum required to keep the operation going. We must make them change things for the better by standing strong in the face of lowball offers, making our concerns heard by our union representatives, volunteering our time to help our union, and not allowing management to continue to violate our contract.

We are not paid what we are worth, we are paid what we negotiate.

I saw those too. The next day is a DH back to base to finish the trip. Since you're not working the flight , the 10hr doesn't apply.

Any info on the rumors that with the high FO attrition, there will be downgrades within a month?

There are evidently already LCA's and sim instructors that are flying in the right seat just to cover flights.
