Just the messenger:

We need to get pilots here NOW. We need to take this retention bonus to keep pilots here and bring in new hires or the upgrades won't happen, flow will stop, schedules will get worse, and planes will be parked or shifted around.

Envoy is pulling 145s out of the desert, clearly they're staffing. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN?? Demand the MEC to take the deal, email them NOW! THE OFFER IS STILL THERE. TAKE WHAT YOU CAN GET NOW.

Go for contract gains later, like in June when we meet with the company to renegotiate the flow.

They always get something and in this case it was half the pilot group at $0.50 on the dollar and the other half at $0. I couldn't care less about fixing this place. However, the funny thing is that if they would do the most basic stuff like honor the contract and at least match the other companies moves, staffing would be easy.

Once again you are arguing against my opinion and perceived issues without providing anything tangible besides "na uh!" How do you see PSA being successful as is?

LOL.. is this one of those stupid facebook groups where all the FO's talk about there problems?

There is no contract gain in June, to get gains, you have to give something up, thats how 121 works, be it direct or indirect.

We are staffed for the rest of the year, including the next 10 or so 900s that haven't arrived yet. PDT and PSA said no to the bonuses because FO attrition isn't an issue like at Envoy, if it becomes an issue in the future then they might think about it or better yet use that leverage to make improvements for everyone like Endeavor did.

Actually they did match other companies. Envoy and PDT got the same deal.
You don't care about fixing this place and you can't understand why you weren't selected as a Chief Pilot? LOL typical

We are staffed for the next 10 900s except for our whole attrition problem.

Did you put me in for chief pilot? Do you think our CPs care about fixing this place? They are padding their resume to move on. Fixing the airline is managements problem. Getting the most compensation is mine. PDT and ENY? The same scraps D&D offered us? I guess we will forget about Endeavor at $20 a year.

FYI PDT is upgrading captains that are still in new hire training so if you were to go over there you would get a $15k bonus and an instant upgrade with a shorter flow, something to think about.
