What's so wrong with taking the retention bonous and commuter hotels with no caveats?

So you're telling me (totally hypothetical situation here) that if 1,000 pilots resigned tomorrow, and all the DECs stayed, they would displace 10-15 year CAs back to the right seat while holding on to their CA spot? Yeah don't think so.

And it's rumored that the next three classes are all 10-15. I didn't say "has turned around", I said is turning. 10 is more than 4-5 if my math is right.

Are you a DEC? Even if they said that it is not correct, sorry if you believed them.

Are you referring to the retention bonuses and commuter hotels that were previously declined by our MEC or are you speculating that we can expect another offer from Dougie and Dion in the near future?

If you're still questioning the rationale for turning down their last offer, to only F/O's, then I have no hope of explaining it to you in a manner that you will be able to wrap your head around. The subject has been beat to death and I couldn't hope to offer a better explanation that you would find acceptable.

Now if you're referring to some NEW offer that may or may not be made, which includes retention and hotels for ALL of us,..... we'll just have to consider any such offer on its merits. But from a prima facie standpoint, I'm not a big fan of carrots that can be yanked away any time management feels so inclined. So we'll have to wait and see, and carefully consider any future offers from the brass. It will have to benefit ALL of us.

Yeah, dumbas$. Why would you believe anything a member of management or their surrogate tells you during a job interview? Sheesh!

Emma-rite, FourPutt?

Envoy is pulling 145s out of the desert, clearly they're staffing. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN?? Demand the MEC to take the deal, email them NOW! THE OFFER IS STILL THERE. TAKE WHAT YOU CAN GET NOW.

Go for contract gains later, like in June when we meet with the company to renegotiate the flow.
