I'm more ****ed about the random benefits to other guys here. what exactly do I get? I know retention benefits were never going to happen for captains, it doesn't make sense for them to give it. I know, but what do that have to offer the guys in the right seat to make me want to wait for the flow?
The hotels thing is a bunch of garbage too me, unless the just give us all the 3k annually but I am guessing it won't happen that way, so as a non commuter that bs.

(Besides, from the LOA that I saw at ALPA today, you will benefit from this as a non-commuter. But still, don't be such a D***.)

FO vs. CA interests.
If you want to flow to AA, you need the FO #'s to come ( and stay w/PSA). It is the only way you will get the monthly flow # to a better place.
A) it'll get you on the AA list sooner, ie. seniority / pay value will far exceed the value of the quarterly bonus.
B) With the current 'attrition only' type hiring, you can count on annual hold backs to Dec of whatever flow year you end up in. Jan 1 flow can be held to Dec. of that year. Huge loss of seniority/pay/longevity. There is no doubt that this will be the case moving forward without FO hiring/retention.
C) current RSV / junior CA's will see a seniority / QOL bump from new UPG meat at bottom.
There is a tangible benefit to every segment of the pilot group that should not be overlooked. Keep your eye on the ball. The MEC did the right thing for everybody here.

My worry here is that it scuttled any improvements in June before we even try.
