I don't know about mass exodus, there's a lot of guys there that are 1-3 years away from flow and have done NOTHING as far as moving on. A lot of those guys, while qualified, aren't going to put in the effort it takes to move on in their own.

I predict a lot of SAP to 65-75 and them riding it out.

I don't expect tys to close or any base for that matter anytime soon. I was just saying it holds the least value to the company so it would make the most sense. Management has said any airport that has the capacity to park 5 aircraft overnight on our route map and has available space for a crew room can easily become a crew base as far as financially and logistically. I see the company being more inclined to open more bases to get guys to come for QOL reasons as an alternative to raising pay.

Really wish the public could see that video. Was it me or did he indirectly call out our recruiting pilots in those propaganda ads? Like subtly calling them POS hahahaha

Correct me if I'm incorrect... Training is in Dayton? 2.5 upgrade and can I hold TYS out of training? I'm planning to make the drive to TYS. From Nashville. My app goes out this week.

Yup, although I would expect upgrade to realistically settle around the 3-4 year mark
