And for those of you asking about how long it will take to hold CLT as a base... the most junior CLT FO has a hire date of May 2016. So, 3 months after hire, and just a few weeks after finishing training, as of right now.

So, someone hired 3-4 years ago is upgrading today?

There were A LOT of FOs hired between May 2014 and May 2015. Things began slowing after that. Many of those FOs hired have already upgraded and some have left. But generally speaking, there will be hundreds of FOs ahead of any new hire coming to PSA today. But current projections don't mean a whole lot. There is going to be a lot of attrition over the next couple years. I think the upgrade time will ultimately settle around 3 years or so.

I was hired Sept of 14. Doing the math from that recent May 2014 upgrade award, I'm still 20+ months away. All this is of course pending attrition, AA deciding they don't want their WOs to fail, etc.

You have to realize there are a lot of people that refuse to upgrade into Dayton or Cincinatti, so being able to estimate an upgrade time is impossible. They have only been opening slots in those two bases.

"This week at PSA" they took a new 900 to DFW to lie to kids about how this airline is just super amazing..... And of course front and center in the photo was the female recruiter that does all PSA's propaganda for them. How do these people sell their souls like that? And yet they are the first to get calls from majors it seems. Sad....

That's because they have proven to be all around scum balls and back stabbers. So, of course mainline management would love to have a large group of these for pilots just incase they need SNITCHES.

Buddy of mine flew with her. She seems to think that her poo does not stink.
