There was really no way the upgrades couldn't pick back up once the summer season ended. They cut way back to maintain FO staffing over the summer but with a steady stream of CA's leaving an uptick in upgrades was inevitable.

They have to keep hiring FOs for the upgrades to continue.

The previous Capt announcement dated Aug 4 has an effective date of Nov 1. That's further out than the latest announcement. Maybe they are combining classes, but that should be around the date when they are sim complete as it says.

It's a smaller jet put the company manages as many jets as PSA operates. It pays almost 3rd year E-190 AA FO pay with potentially 6 figures in a year. There's TPIC multiengine jet and the chance to move to bigger paying jets. Gotta feed my family.
