Thanks. I pulled down the salary info and made it more vague. Not sure the new company wants me blasting my details out there. Potential for 6 figures once I can sit pic for charter flights. Movement to bigger aircraft that pay even better as well.

2 months shy of 10 years...smh.
And you are happy with that?
I personally know someone that left Psa in early 2014,went to Omni and is now at AA.Did it on his own.If he would have stayed at Psa it would have been 8 to 10 more years before he flowed.
Now he has seniority at AA over all of the guys who are waiting on the flow, which will probably go away or be cut in half as staffing shortages loom.

I simply do not believe this.

Everyone in this industry "knows a guy that...".
But, it is rare that the story is 100% true. I have heard stories about a pilot at a part 91 with low hours that went straight to Delta. And this is true. He went to Delta as an A&P. But that part is always left out.
There is often more to the story than was presented.
I had an FO recently that went straight from FO at PSA to Delta. The part of the story that people forget to pass on is that he was a military pilot, graduated from the academy with a great GPA, and had great references.
So yes, technically PSA just had an FO get picked up by Delta, but there is more to the story than just that.
