Junior CLT FO now was hired on 4/25/16, bid effective in September.

By the way, everyone in my March 28th new hire class was awarded their first choice of base, beginning Sept 1st. And yes, that includes CLT.

That's approximately six weeks after completion of IOE to hold CLT FO.

Getting Clt and holding a line there is completely different. Commuting to Clt to sit 1.5 or more yrs rsrv in Clt is idiotic at best. If you live there then good for you. So at PSA the only commutable base has close to 1.5 yrs of rsrv currently. I forecast that to get worst as staffing gets worse

As staffing gets worse more people, percentage wise, have lines.

Right now it's back to how it was back in the day. Pick a airline that has good MX and bases that works for you. PSA is not bad but it should be better.
