4+ hours and not a single approval. All denials. I've been watching the open time pot like a hawk and it certainly isn't updating. I don't know what gives but I can usually get what I want. This month looks like I'll probably get screwed.

Conversely, APR 2015 hire at another regional (Compass). Line holder from the end of IOE onward. Hired at a major 2.5 months ago. Glad I didn't fall for the quick upgrade and flow that would have delayed my career by 7 years.

But the truth is you could've easily gotten hired hired at VA as a PSA FO as well. Just because one has a flow to AA at some unknown future date doesn't preclude you from applying to other carriers.

Wrong on all accounts! MSP and commute from the east coast. My commute would be way easier to CLT. Also, not VA. Next guess?
Let me guess, west coast guy hired into LAX or SEA at Compass? PSA would've been a rough commute for you.
