So you would find it more noble if he were to hide his displeasure and experience with PSA, for his own personal gain rather than attempt to educate others in hopes that they don't make the same mistake as he has made. Is that an accurate summation of your posture?

The flow is helping the company with retention and attrition a lot more than you think. A lot of people won't admit it, but they don't have any apps out and waiting for the flow. I'm talking junior captains too. The upgrade time is currently 2.3 years, short enough to help with FO attrition also. A lot of FOs are holding out to be a captain for the first time in their life and don't have apps out. Street captains and 6 month upgrade captains might have apps out but a lot of them would already of been hired and wouldn't of come to PSA in the first place if they had competitive LCC qauls. They will probably stay tell they have 1000 hours PIC, which takes 2-2.5 years on reserve. Attrition is where the company wants it. An increase from 5 to 7 on the flow would result in the same amount of attrition and more predictability for the company.
My experience is different then Yours.
Everyone I have flown with and know --except maybe 7 people--have apps out. Most of the 7 are miserable and
are looking at all options

We are not losing a lot of people right now. Excluding people on the seniority list as AA PER, we lost 12 and added 15 last month for a net gain of 3. You can spin those numbers however you want but 12 is not a lot.

Well that's great!!! So AAG can now increase our flow, continue to transfer the remaining 700's, and they can increase the size and frequency of PSA's upgrade classes! That's great news! Unless it's all just "spin" and not an accurate reflection of the true state of affairs at PSA.

Also you have guys like me that frankly could give a $**t about PSA. I'll take all the sick calls and no shows I want to do the things I want to do this summer and then I'm resigning in September.
I'm not waiting around for a flow and I'm not waiting for improvements. They can't even fulfill the promises they've already made, why believe anything they say?

Not at all. Endeavor never would have put those bonuses in play if they weren't bleeding pilots like crazy in 2014. Those guys were many year FOs with no upgrade in sight. They came to PSA and are making more as a CA than FOs with bonuses over at endeavor right now. And again, those bonuses never would have happened had everyone stayed at endeavor. It's just a cycle. Endeavor is now going to start to stagnate while someone else will rise to the top. It will never end until the regionals do.
