Next to nothing in DAY, slightly longer but not by much in CVG, just under a year in CLT and just over a year in TYS. All approximates and varying monthly, especially CLT and TYS -- until recently CLT was senior. A few pages back someone posted Round 1 and 2 line holder dates if you want more details.

R1 = Round 1 Award. Bid a line, then SAP to your hearts content. Your final line could look nothing like what you were actually awarded.
BU = Build Up line. Leftovers in Open Time after the SAP.
LCR = Long Call Reserve. 12 hour callout.
SCR = Short Call Reserve. 2 hour callout, 1 in TYS. Can be converted to Hot Reserve a few times a month.
According to the latest company email, qualified applicants are up over 500%.

Thanks to all the street captains we hired, most of the FOs that were just awarded upgrade or are getting close to upgrade will be able to go straight to a Round 1 line. Most of the guys hired around 2 years ago had lines before finishing IOE. How amazing is it to be able to spend years at a carrier and never have to sit reserve. This is Certainly an anomaly, I'm not at all trying to say it's the norm at PSA. But right place, right time and pure dumb luck can't be overstated.

I've heard that regardless of a PSA DCA base announcement that Republic is likely to shrink its DCA operations. They are an airline that has traditionally opened and closed bases with some measure of regularity, I wouldn't choose an airline for a single specific base.

Edit: Nothing against Republic, have many friends there, just trying to figure out the best fit for me.

Appreciate your input. I figure PSA is a safer decision than Republic, especially if PSA announces DCA, which would be great, but commuting to CLT wouldn't be that difficult from the DC/RIC area, and at least there is some level of stability at a WO.

I'm not a DEC, but I can't imagine things are going well for them. The upgrades seemed to have picked back up (seems to be steady at around a class of 8 every 2 weeks), which means guys senior to them are upgrading and bumping the DEC's further down the list.

Our Street CAs would all have been hired in the second half of 2015. You can take a look at that chart I posted and see that they'll be on reserve for a while. As all the upgrades happening now will be senior to them for some time to come, well, it doesn't look too pretty.
All that said, our CA attrition does seem to be picking up. We had 10 CAs leave last month outside the flow, and 7 of those had more than two years on property.
