MEC bulletin says there was 18 total flows (5 from PSA) and 21 street hires... am I the only one that thinks the flow rate should increase ?

My two cents thinks its should be 75% flows and 25% street hires in American's classes...

Meh... what do I know.

So can you go back home and take written at you testing location at home?

Yes, you can take the written wherever you want.

I asked a buddy, and they said that we will send you to a testing center (if you want) and pay for it and the written test. But, if you go and take it on your own somewhere else, you have to pay for it.

But it may have changed recently.

The email from our union said that the Jan 24th class at AA had 9 flows from Envoy, 5 from PSA, and 4 from PDT, along with 21 street hires.

That is where the confusion is coming from.

The Jan 10 class at AA had 21 Envoy flows in it. Not sure why they weren't equally divided

Only minus in the Crowne is it's a good hike to the training center. I think about 20/25 minutes depending on traffic. Besides that y'all got the good hotel!

BW is fine but the internet here sucks, like dial up speeds, and there is no bar/restaurant.

Sorry I've been all over the place in the forum....IMHO, If a street pilot is hired by American today and a wholly owned pilot takes 5 years, I think it would be fair that the pilot who has been helping the system get the seniority for its time in the wholly owned, maybe without the Pay but the quality of life, so that pilot avoids reserve, on a first year pay and the dilemma of the expenses to be in reserve ... only my opinion people, and not trying to sound like generic CEO like most on this forums !!! !!

Now, fire away.....INCOMING!!!!!

As far as seniority for scheduling goes, it really has to be by DOH. But I fully support longevity incentives. Extra vacation, increased pay, and the like.

Also, we are sending a couple per month to AA outside of the flow. Combined with what we are sending elsewhere, this is going to be a great year for everyone to move up the seniority list quickly.
