If you take the bonus it's 2 years (24 mo.).
First year = Full pay back
Second Year = Prorated pay back based on length of stay
e.g. If you leave after 9 months you owe the entire bonus back. If you leave after 23 months you only owe 1/24th of the bonus back.
Our class, 1/16, will be the last to receive the bonus before IOE completion. The instructors at the school house said future classes is now after IOE Line Check. This is a AA mandate based on failures/resignations across their WOs.

Bababouy, Thanks for your desire to know what I posted to another boricua, but in the future, google is not the best source when it comes to colloquial language ....
Paid2fly, wow, !Are you talking about a sea wall!?!, Am confused!???
Back to the topic,: I think you r right P/sharp,I think the tables have turned, the only thing I see difficult for the AWA pilots group is the commute. We will see what happens.

I wasn't "talking" about any wall, that was Bababouy.... Your reading comprehension is as bad as your Spanish and English, so sad!

When I am wrong, I accept it, my apologies "Paid", but accepting comments from other people like those of "baba" & comment about it, put you at the same level of backward thinking, and I have no tolerance towards it. The only thing I wish to people like that is, a thousand blessings and prosperity.
Again, apologies....but my assumed reading comprehension is bad...LOL!!!!

Last I heard March was full, April and May not as much as March. The attrition is going to pick up as we head into summer, even more so when these LLC pass there new contracts. I wouldn't suggest basing our growth upon applications received or interviews completed. Its all about who shows up, and who passes CLT sim. From your previous posts, you seem to be in the hiring department. Not trying to be so pessimistic here but if you think were stacked 60 a month for the next 4-5 months then I'd be really shocked. So hows this summer looking then?
I heard from people in the training department that classes were consistently full thru may already. Problem they are running into is the amount of CTP spots available.

I think our class has had four drops during ground school.
I've heard that the limiting factor beyond the 25ish number was also CTP slots like you said. CTP can only efficiently handle so many numbers. But I don't know what that number is because I was an old school written. So I haven't been to a CTP course.

One of the instructors at the school house told us they want to keep the classes around 25. It allows for the sims not to be bogged down if everyone makes it through ground school. They said they plan on about 4 drops, for various reasons, before sims as an average.

Hey, I have a friend who has passed the ATP written, it has expired, and he does not yet have his ATP. Does he still have to go through the entire CTP program, or is he grandfathered in?
