Buyer beware. Your QOL will still be terrible compared to the other WO, any other airlines based out of PHL. But it beats digging ditches and getting shot at fir a living, Pay is finally commensurate with the job.

I think it’s a crap deal. Flash a bunch of money. Pilots go oooooo ahhhhh. It’s very predictable. Meanwhile the extra coin only lasts for 2 years. Except now we have PBS with no SAP, no schedule flexibility, and less quality of life. Meanwhile Envoy and Piedmont gave up nothing.

And Piedmont is still getting a CRJ type apparently? I want some answers on that before voting on anything.
PDT getting a CRJ type is a rumor… just like every time spring comes around the rumor of PDT getting a 175 type rears it’s head in the hopes to slow attrition… this rumor is designed to illicit a fear response from PSA.

Confirmed by the POI, and Piedmont’s CMO.

Historic pilot shortage, and we have PSA pilots considering giving concessions? Jesus.

I personally reject the argument that PBS is in itself a concession. There are a TON of issues that a PBS agreement would allow both parties to rectify, but because the company has shown itself unwilling to reign in the worst abuses of scheduling ("Most Respected!!!") they've not provided the pilot group any of the warm and fuzzies required to get them to trust the company.

Therefore the pilot group has decided (correctly, in my opinion) to make SAP a hill they might be willing to die on, and I only say might because this agreement may allow to company to bribe them off it it. Should they let them? Not my fight any more. But the company need only look in the mirror as to why they still have to fight this battle in the first place.

I’ll take side bets that say PSA will not adopt the Piedmont and Envoy adopted rates. Give you 10 to 1. I say they will take it.

I am with you. It would be ridiculous to divide the WOs like that.
