I never said I ONLY flew helos, that's just where most of my time is. Sure you got me on "filing for the tracks" and I'm sure your filing compares with flying in foreign countries, landing in zero visibility brown out, aerobatics, midair refueling, formation flying, landing on a boat, etc.

I'm not sure where you got this me stuff as I've never demanded a pay raise, I've never demanded upgrade, I've never said I'm not happy doing my job. I have pointed out managements inability to even basically match what's going on in the rest of the industry. I have pointed out managements ability to create a shrinking airline and delay of aircraft delivery. I have pointed out their constant violation of the contract and theft from us. I guess if you're okay with all that than you must be on management here or so afraid to rock the boat in your last few years you're trying to eek out. Management here are complete bafoons. If you can't admit that, you are part of the problem.

Others complain about management but somehow I'm your chosen target. Go cry in you ensure, change your depends (if you're actually as old as you claim) and move on.
Such an unhappy person. LOL If you have a grievance, file it. That is what they are for. Theft? LOL the interpret the contract the way they see it, the union they way they see it and an arbitrator sorts it out. Theft? Hardly.
Shrinking airline? You jest. This airline doubled in size in 24 months and everyone said it couldn't be done. You being former military should know that a war is won long term not getting all balled up looking at attrition for a couple months. AA will adjust hiring bonuses, if you can't see that you are really a newb.

Unhappy? Not at all. I do what I love and have none of the time draining BS of the military. You however are obviously from management.

Grieve it so that nothing is done with it or it's closed in an LOA without permission. Sure.

Theft? Intentionally miscreditting trips, intentionally paying people incorrectly, having people sit reserve out of base to avoid critical days? Yes that's theft without even discussing the CCP BS which they happened to interpret one way for several months before finding a reinterpretation.

Shrinking yes and it's been for more than a few months. Yes, I get a war is fought long term. You also change tactics when you start losing the war. Management has done nothing. And according to the mighty Dion nothing needs to be fixed. He said so today. Great plan.

You are obviously a management person here with the garbage you are slinging. No line pilot defends what the company is doing with CCP. We are done.

P.s...I could say a few choice words about my feelings towards PSA pilots, but they have been said time and time again, so I will refrain. Have a fantastic day.

Hey man, if you're willing to cut me a check for the couple hundred grand that I estimate I lost in career earnings then I'm more then willing to "get over it."

Pretty sure you guys voted in your own TA. So ask your own fellow pilots for your "estimate" lost.

First of all, when in the last 10 years has Eagle's upgrade been less than 7-8 years? Everyone gripes, but it's always been that long.
Second, if you lost something so easily then it was never yours. Your career earnings are what you have made, not what you will make. You know, that's called, wait for it, potential.
