Just like AAG wants ALL of the CRJ's at one carrier to save tens of millions of dollars in maintenance and training costs.

AAG needs their WO'd regionals to hire a couple thousands of pilots collectively in the next few years. They will have to do something across the board.

Come on....you know the whole AAG plan is based around the ERJs and ASPEN!!!!! No one else is as important or needed.

We will end up with the exact thing envoy has or nothing. AAG isn't going to give us more. Envoy set the bar now we can accept it or have nothing.

Then we take nothing.

The recruiting and retention problem will only get worse for PSA then they will have to offer something better.

Unfortunately the Envoy union just took it without a vote. I truly hope PSAs union doesn't just accept it.

And we have all obviously heard the rumors and this email proves those rumors true. So why lie to us over the last few days. And we are not adequately staffed for 115 airplanes. The day FO reserve grid is 0 or negative almost every day this month. And if we were staffing correctly we wouldn't be deferring aircraft.
