Crew scheduling is run with the buffers and metrics they have set. That is obviously not going to change or it would have by now and we would not have deferred deliveries. So no we are not staffed well enough to schedule the only way they know how

If we get the same deal as Envoy, which I sincerely hope we don't, I can't really see it doing anything for recruitment.
It's unlikely anyone at a 121 regional will leave their job to come to PSA for a 5 year upgrade and a (hypothetical) 10 year flow.
It may slow attrition from the FO side, but not by much. Endeavor is still a better deal if an FO wants to make a lateral move.
I don't think it will do anything to recruit brand new FOs. It's still not worth commuting to PSA for
At the end of the day it's still a 2 leg commute to dayton, or if you're lucky a 1 leg commute to CLT where you will then deadhead to DAY to sit hot reserve in a broom closet of a crew room.

Just now realizing you're a pawn for AAG. We (envoy) were screwed by them and blame PSA (fairly or unfairly) but if you weren't in at the right time you will be dragged through the mud.

We're going to see 76 seat aircraft at mainline in the not too distant future, and you're already flying feed for the mainline company that brings regional pilots on board with no questions asked.
Just my own theory.
