Basically sounds like I'm on the Voluntary list. Better to get something than nothing?

Can we quote you on that? If it does happen, can we go to Soaper and Selvaggio and say, "but CRJDriver said you guys wouldn't furlough anyone..."

By the way, she's not as pretty as your last one. Actually, she's not really hot at all.
Edit: Maybe it's the make up. Just a bit too much eyeshadow for me.

Here's a few new details about the Mesa/Freedom injunction.

Looks like the courts are initially siding with Mesa on the injunction. Wonder if Delta will win the appeal?
I don't see how Delta screwed them, Mesa screwed themselves. Your a contractor you go where they tell you to go, that is part of the contractor. The article read like JFK airport cancels the flights and that it isn't up to the particular airline to decide weather or not a flight will cancel or wait out the delay and operate.

MY CVG-DTW flight I was going to non-rev on was operated by Mesa and it was canceled for no good reasons (plane never made it to DTW). The worst thing is people thought it was a Comair flight and were *****ing about Comair. I'm calling my shot...I have 10 bucks the 3pm CVG-DTW flight on Mesa cancels on the 29th.

Default A couple of furlough questions

1) can we get unemployment regardless of voluntary or involuntary furlough?

2) Do we keep our pass benefits?

3) When they start recalls how many times are you allowed to bypass?

So, since everyone thinks we are going to furlough, what is your guys' back-up plan? I'm just curious....

Either going back to my Software Engineering/Web design career I had in college or dodging storms flying 135 freight in a hang glider and oscillating fan.

Flying freight or back to the world of IT consulting. The problem with the second one is that once I start making that kind of money again it would be very hard if not impossible to come back to this world. So for the first bit I think I'll enjoy collecting unemployment and non-reving......If there is anything left to non-rev on.

Anyone else having problems with scheduling assigning trips with the report times the same as the out time? I have 3 printouts right now of trips in the next week that are like this. I also have what should be a high speed, but they scheduled it as a reduced rest overnight with a report in the a.m. that is 27 min prior to push....if they move it to an hour before, then it goes below 8 hrs. I'm so fed up with this stuff. I have a big scheduling oops today as well...but I don't want to get into details...it'll just annoy me more. That is all. Vent over. Time to make a call.
