$1200 on Day 1, $5000 on Day 5, $10,000 after IOE. The retention bonus is $2500 each quarter and it caps out at $20,000.

We did Indoc the first week then had a couple days off then systems for another week with a couple days off, then procedures before the holiday then right after it. Started December 5th, finish 12/31 then who knows what'll happen for the sims.

Anybody notice that they are only booking the 300's to 46? Wonder why that is?

If you leave before a certain timeline do you have to repay? PSA has a 3 year commitment or you have to pay back a pro-rated amount of their initial bonus.

Yes something like that...

Somebody said a few posts backs the bonus was distributed after day one in small amounts... Im not sure if that is how it was before, but our Dec 5th class was paid the 10k, plus half the month hour guarantee, minus all taxes on December 15th all in one paper check given to us in class. I believe the other 11 or 12k will be given to us upon completion of IOE.
