This would be true if you were to remain an isolated seniority list, or were to be stapled. However, I'm guessing being stapled is not something you find appropriate, even if your merger committee thinks it is appropriate for another group to be stapled below them.
DOH becomes a relevant factor for then sorting/integrating pilots from multiple lists.

What ever happens after this process, and after new union representation is voted on. I really hope that union personnel stop commenting on public forums and stop adding to the banter on here specifically, to my knowledge no other union comments on public forums other than the 9E reps...
No they do. They are just cowards who hide behind anonymous screen names, like you and I. Or they start a facebook fan boy page and spill all the info there to the public. Our union reps use their names and if you don’t like what they post you can pick up the phone, email, or talk in person to them about what they said. You and I can say whatever we want and I promise we wont hear a peep of it from anyone at work. So stop judging our guys for commenting on here. I actually believe what they say and I am glad they say it on here to shut up all the lies and rumors. THEY are the only ones we can hold accountable for all the crap that is said.
Side Note: None of the people you are "referring" to are even union reps anymore.

Also, I have never targeted anyone's claims based simply on their source. I look at the merits of what they say.

In addition to certifying DOH last November, Pinnacle pilots' "seniority date" was also certified with full knowledge of the other two merger committees. "Seniority date" at PCL is synonymous with "hire date" at MSA and CJC and has been included on all seniority list submissions to arbitrator Bloch throughout this process. Since the passing of the JCBA, the date formerly know as "hire date" at PCL is now obsolete (in accordance with LOA 2.V of the JCBA), hence its omission from the updated seniority list presented this week. This omission was done in accordance with Protocol Agreement paragraph 4.d (signed by all three MEC Chairmen last September).
That part of the JCBA has been around for months.

A 9E union rep who spoke on multiple occasions to members of the 9E merger committee. I won't get more specific than that. Who are you anyways? All of your very first posts are attacking me for this claim.
