In addition to certifying DOH last November, Pinnacle pilots' "seniority date" was also certified with full knowledge of the other two merger committees. "Seniority date" at PCL is synonymous with "hire date" at MSA and CJC and has been included on all seniority list submissions to arbitrator Bloch throughout this process. Since the passing of the JCBA, the date formerly know as "hire date" at PCL is now obsolete (in accordance with LOA 2.V of the JCBA), hence its omission from the updated seniority list presented this week. This omission was done in accordance with Protocol Agreement paragraph 4.d (signed by all three MEC Chairmen last September).

Protocol Agreement paragraph 4.d.
The certified seniority lists will be modified to reflect changes in individual pilot employment data prior to the completion of the SLI process or submission of issues for a final and binding Arbitration Award.

DOH becomes a relevant factor for then sorting/integrating pilots from multiple lists.
Did you not read anything I wrote over the past 3-4 pages? Within Pinnacle alone, my statement that seniority and DOH are not related is completely correct. That is why if DOH is to be any part of any SLI award, then you have to make some relation between our seniority and our DOH. The only way to do this is to adjust our DOH to our class start date, which is the same date our seniority was derived off of.

No they do. They are just cowards who hide behind anonymous screen names, like you and I. Or they start a facebook fan boy page and spill all the info there to the public. Our union reps use their names and if you don’t like what they post you can pick up the phone, email, or talk in person to them about what they said. You and I can say whatever we want and I promise we wont hear a peep of it from anyone at work. So stop judging our guys for commenting on here. I actually believe what they say and I am glad they say it on here to shut up all the lies and rumors. THEY are the only ones we can hold accountable for all the crap that is said.

Side Note: None of the people you are "referring" to are even union reps anymore.

Inconceivable, you can retort this the same way you did other rumor laced posts. Or do posts that support your side fall under a different set of rules?

And yet my source is just as valid, if not more so, that other posts by people on here and yet you don't believe me.

Also, I have never targeted anyone's claims based simply on their source. I look at the merits of what they say.

Then, I suggest you cite your source, or retract your claim.

Yes, I know why it was done. The question is why was it done at the last second. The problem is that the merger committee did not submit a proper list from the beginning. This is either done out of incompetence or intentionally. Does this not look odd from the other side of the table? The most important information that the SLI committee is to present to Bloch is wrong until the last day....

That part of the JCBA has been around for months.

A 9E union rep who spoke on multiple occasions to members of the 9E merger committee. I won't get more specific than that. Who are you anyways? All of your very first posts are attacking me for this claim.

Much like others have cited their sources, right?
