The above is correct. Only losing 10-12 or so captains a month.

Upgrade time currently right at 4 years. It will drop but how much really depends upon how many are hired at the bottom. Let's see what happens by late this winter. Then we will all have a better idea not just on upgrades but reserve times, base seniority, etc, etc. (For everyone who keeps asking.)

Whoops sorry, I meant people, not CAs specifically. I had it in my head that 30 people senior to me have been leaving every month, and I've been here a year.

Could someone please clarify the sign on bonus because I'm hearing 12,500 and 7,500 and 5,000.

What would it be for someone with no 121 experience, but with ATP CTP already completed?

With no ATP but with the ATP test completed, I received $7,500. This was before ATP written tests prior to the CTP had expired, but I think the same logic still applies. Prior 121: $12,500. Current ATP CTP: $7,500. No ATP ATP: $5,000.

*current* 135 = 10k
$7500 all others, including those getting atp ctp paid for (i think that part is a recent change).

Just got a class date the other day. ATP-CTP needed bonus is now $7500. Not sure of the others. Just wanted to post for any other newbies like me. MCI Maybe out of training or a couple months still? Thanks in advance!
