Tin foil hat time again, but.... I wonder if this could be done remotely. Not saying it happened on this flight, but what if someone could install chip in a FMS and override it from their computer on the ground... 
You can't take control of an airliner from the ground (until they build drone airliners).

No I don't think it is a good idea to post things like that online. I wouldn't post instructions on how to make a bomb either, or how to get in through the reinforced cockpit door.
