What's your logic? Not saying you're wrong just curious.

Endeavor Pilots:

With the announcement today of the opening of our new ATL CRJ-200 base, we felt it would be appropriate to detail the expected impact on our existing bases based on what we know currently.

CRJ-200 ATL Base / System Profile
Our growth in ATL (15-20 lines) is being supported primarily by the incremental growth in the CRJ-200 fleet. We are delivering 14 aircraft in 2017 with 11 being placed into schedule service by year end. Additional ATL flying will come from a planned reduction of 2-4 lines of CRJ-200 NYC flying. By the end of the year we anticipate 10 – 12 total lines in LGA / JFK versus 12 – 16 total lines today. We also expect the balance of our CRJ-200 flying in MSP and DTW will be comparable to the levels we have seen over the past several months, ~ 10 and 15 lines respectively.

CRJ-900 System Profile
Our CRJ-900 flying will continue to be concentrated in LGA / JFK with ~ 40 – 45 total lines. The balance will be distributed to MSP and DTW with ~ 10 lines each.

Senior as in a year? Or more?

Quote: I know you must know that you guys were losing your planes before the decision was made to send a few to EDV. And since you were not able to fly in ATL anymore, the flying had to go somewhere. DL made that decision, as did SKW Inc., not EDV nor us pilots. Again, I know you know that, and I understand you are probably just venting, and that's fine. I have friends at XJT, and would do just about anything for them I could, except cause my own family to suffer.

EDV pilots have no say in where we go, the same as you. You had no say in giving up your planes. And I can tell you that talking to guys on the line, NO ONE has ever expressed joy over taking your planes or your flying. At the end of the day, each of us cares most about our own individual lives and futures, but that does NOT mean there isn't compassion for those that end up losing. I'm certain you felt bad for the Comair guys when they got the shaft. And so do pilots in every company outside of XJT. But... what can any of us do about it?
No anger here thus no vent. I know it's not the pilots decision where aircraft end up. I've seen lots of aircraft come and go in my 16 years here. However, if the shoe were on the other foot, would you not feel as I do about someone speculating that they "may" receive the last of your fleet?

I agree with you.

I remember how the ATL 900 guys felt when ASA was championing the deliveries and the same thing was felt at Colgan when RAH was loving the Q400s.

These are all union jobs.

We are witnessing the DCI Shuffle in action folks and to think Endeavor is immune is shockingly foolish.

TBB - no ill will intended. I'm not one to do end zone dances. However, I seem to recall a similar scenario playing out not that long ago for many of my colleagues here. Way before my time, but this industry can be a real b*tch sometimes.

I bet 75% of the ATL200 CA slots go to current Captains and 20% of the LGA900 CA go to JFK/DTW/MSP Captains. The rest will probably fall around 1150 seniority, maybe a few random ones a bit higher.

The million dollar question is if DTW/MSP guys bid down to ATL, will the company backfill those Captain slots. My bet is no. If NYC200 guys bid down to ATL I suspect those slots will be backfilled.

Of course we're not. Just have a plan to get out when the Endeavor house of cards crashes down. Delta will always shift their regional flying around or eventually just bring it in house.
