Ok, I'll play naive here. What are the upgrade statistics at 9E compared to others? Also, what does average year 2 FO pay look like? How about year 3 average Capt pay?
Just so you know, you can usually see your schedule on crewtrac, flica, or fcview before schedules are posted on pbs. You don't have to wait all day.
Regarding career progression. There has to be some master plan for the incoming storm. I'm having a hard time understanding how we will be able to attract new hires, and keep pilots on property for the next 10 years.

Better question who cares? One interview and wait for a number to be called fly heavy metal!!!! Done no games no flip a coin just go!
I'd encourage anyone with ambitions to be a major airline pilot to go with the flow. You can always pursue other majors while waiting your call from AA. No-brainer.
Yup. If I were a new guy, I'd go to whatever AA wholly owned has the best domicile for me. Endeavor wouldn't even be on the radar.
All the fo's that I fly with are second-guessing the decision to come here. Every pilot that I talk with says that a flow is on the top of the list of the things they would like to see in the near future. Several of the new hires are giving it a window of 1 year and if a solid career progression (flow) is not in place they will bail.
